This one skips that. The loop panel gets sewn in during construction, before the jacket is even assembled, so it's built into the back panel the same way our fixed-crest jackets are. The back panel carries a sewn loop panel, roughly 4 inches by 5 inches. That's the soft side of a hook-and-loop system, sewn directly into the leather during construction rather than glued on afterward. Glue lifts over time. Stitching doesn't.

Your included crest patch has a hook backing on the reverse. Press it onto the loop panel, and it holds. Peel it off, and there's no residue, no stitch marks, nothing left behind on the leather. Any standard hook-backed patch sized to fit the panel will work the same way, not just the one that ships with the jacket.

This jacket ships 10 to 15 business days after order confirmation. The loop panel gets sewn in during the same construction pass as the rest of the jacket, so it doesn't add extra lead time beyond the standard build.
