How Custom Ordering Works
Fill out the build form below, and we'll have your jacket cut, sewn, and shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. There's no minimum order, no design fee, and no price bump over our standard jackets. You pay what a ready-to-wear jacket costs.
Four steps, start to finish:
- Pick your leather. Cowhide, lambskin, suede, or shearling.
- Pick your details. Color, hardware finish, lining, patches, embroidery.
- Send your measurements. Chest, sleeve, shoulder, length. Whatever your tape reads, we cut to it.
- We build it. Our tailors cut and stitch your jacket by hand. It ships free, anywhere in the U.S.

Cowhide will feel stiff across the shoulders the first few times you wear it. That's the tanning doing its job. Give it a month of real use and it softens into a shape that's yours, not the rack's.

Every custom order lets you set:
- Color — black, brown, tan, or a shade matched to your request
- Hardware — YKK zippers in brass or nickel finish, snap or zip cuffs
- Lining — quilted for warmth, satin for a cleaner drape
- Patches and embroidery — club patches, initials, a name across the chest
- Base style — biker, bomber, cafe racer, or crested

Sizing — Cut to You, Not a Rack
No size chart decides your fit here. Send us your chest, sleeve, shoulder, and length measurements, and our pattern gets built around those numbers. Tall, broad, narrow through the shoulders, doesn't matter. There's no upcharge for a non-standard size, and no cap on how far outside "standard" you fall.

No. Custom builds are priced the same as our ready-to-wear jackets. Choosing your leather, hardware, and fit doesn't add a premium.
