Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

  • Regular size orders are custom made and take 10-15 days to manufacture and ship.
  • Once shipped, your order should reach you within 7 to 10 working days.
  • We make every effort to dispatch your order before the estimated time though orders with customization may take up to 2-3 weeks to manufacture and shipment.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Shipping Costs:

  • At Leatherjacketmens.com, we provide Free worldwide shipping for all orders, without any minimum order requirements or exceptions. Our commitment to swift service means that even though shipping is free, we prioritize processing your order promptly.

Address Considerations:

  • PO Boxes: Please avoid providing PO addresses, as they often cause delivery issues.
  • APO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to service APO/FPO boxes. 

LDFD (Left at Front Door) Option:

  • Our courier will deliver to the address you provide.
  • If you’re not at home, they may use the LDFD option, which is common in the USA.

Duty:

  • All orders are shipped using a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Under this arrangement, the buyer assumes responsibility for customs clearance and payment of any applicable duties and taxes. 

Logistics Partners:

  • To provide our customers with a top-tier courier service, we exclusively use Standard & Express Deliveries through carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and others. We retain the right to select the courier that best ensures efficient delivery of your product.

Upon receiving payment, customers will receive an email confirmation for their order. Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If the courier holds the order for any reason or attempts delivery when the customer is unavailable, the customer should directly contact the courier. We recommend following up with the courier once you receive the tracking number. In cases of multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may consolidate them into a single shipment at our discretion to save time and costs. Please note that once an order is dispatched, rescheduling delivery to a different address is not possible; customers must coordinate with the respective courier company for further actions or solutions.
