The Leather Jacket Men Actually Keep

There are two types of leather jackets. The ones that end up in a donation box after two years. And the ones that get passed from a father to a son.

The difference isn't the brand. It's the leather.

Cheap jackets use bonded leather. Basically, leather dust pressed together with adhesive. It looks right in the store. It peels apart in two winters. Full-grain hides are different. The fiber structure is intact from the surface down. It takes longer to soften. Longer to shape itself to you. But once it does, it holds.

That's what we make. The jacket you keep.
