We have the experience of making jackets in over 200+ different leather articles differentiated by type, pattern, colors, style, shades & thickness.

Before dispatching your order, we provide you with pictures of the actual product. This allows you to review the design, material, and stitching. Once you are satisfied with the custom-made item, we will proceed with dispatching it

When placing your custom order, our customer service agent will request your body measurements. Please use our sizing guide to take accurate measurements. Even with proper measurements, there might be a sizing error. If the jacket doesn’t fit perfectly upon arrival, don’t worry. We offer the first alteration for free, but you will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the jacket back to us.

We are committed to get you your perfect jacket in the first go. We share the actual pictures of your custom order before dispatching it to minimize the return rate. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the first alteration free of cost. Furthermore, customers would have to pay for shipping the jacket back to us.

We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, design, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else

We always strive to minimize fulfillment time for custom orders and usually dispatch within 3 – 4 weeks. However, due to a different nature of all custom orders, we cannot pre-specified fulfillment date. Customers, while discussing their custom orders can ask for a delivery date from the Customer Support Agent. For orders with a deadline, we encourage customers to communicate their desired delivery date to the CS agent before placing the order.
