Return & Refund Policy

We always prioritize our customers’ satisfaction, which is why our return policy spans 30 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, you have the option to return or exchange almost any item for a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your exchange order, and you can expect delivery within the next 15-20 business days. If you opt for a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days, and we’ll send you an email confirmation once the return process is completed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days to be processed, depending on your payment method. The customer is entitled for refund/return, in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products have some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered

Personalized or other customized product cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Returned item should be unworn, unwrinkled, undamaged (should have no scratches on the upper and inner), and in re-sellable condition.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your return will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Standard size orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
  • Custom made or other customized orders can only be returned for alteration.

Design & Quality

Before dispatching your order, we provide you with pictures of the actual product. This allows you to review the design, material, and stitching. Once you are satisfied with the custom-made item, we will proceed with dispatching it

Sizing

When placing your custom order, our customer service agent will request your body measurements. Please use our sizing guide to take accurate measurements. Even with proper measurements, there might be a sizing error. If the jacket doesn’t fit perfectly upon arrival, don’t worry. We offer the first alteration for free, but you will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the jacket back to us.

Refund

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for custom orders. Your custom order is unique and tailor-made to your preferences, including style, material, design, and accessories. As it is personalized specifically for you, we won’t be able to resell it to anyone else
